What will you do?

As a Remote Call Center Retention and Collections Representative, you will be responsible for the collection of delinquent and/or past-due payments on accounts. In addition to the collection of repayment, we are looking for experienced candidates to use their high-value selling skills to meet service-to-sales customer retention targets. You will:

  • Retain customers at risk of terminating their service and reward loyal customers by reselling the value, features and benefits of our client’s amazing products and services 
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of our client’s products and services to resolve requests and retain accounts 
  • Engage customers by phone and create interaction experiences where customers end their call Happy, Satisfied and Feeling Valued

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Call Center experience (an asset)
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Prior experience in a retention or collections role is an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • The ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
  • Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States

Important Details:

  • You must have a dedicated and distraction-free workspace
  • This is a bring-your-own-device program. See below for the equipment requirements: 
    • Windows 10 or 11 operating system (MACs, Chromebooks or tablets not compatible)
    • It must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM
    • Internet speeds must be a minimum of 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload 
    • You must be able to connect directly to your modem with an ethernet cable while working, the application you use for work will not open on WIFI
  • While working you will need to use a headset with a microphone and USB connection, as training is virtual this is required for day 1
  • A webcam will be required for training
