  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Fiber Internet services.
  • Clearly communicate service features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Match customers with the best plan for their needs
  • Maintain an upbeat, professional, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

🎯 What You Need

  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center sales role is an asset but not required
  • Confidence handling objections and engaging customers over the phone
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

💻 Technical Requirements

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. Applicants must meet the following technical requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible)
  • Hardware: Minimum of 8 GB RAM and Intel i5 processor
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
  • Connectivity: Ethernet cable connection to the modem required
  • Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for training and daily communication
