📞 What You’ll Do as an Outbound Sales Associate

You’ll help customers get the most value from their products and services by:

• Making outbound calls to past and existing customers
• Offering add-ons and service upgrades that match customer needs
• Staying up to date on Internet, Home Phone, TV, and Programming packages
• Building quick, authentic rapport—and handling objections like a pro
• Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in every interaction
• Achieving and exceeding key performance targets

🥇You’ll Thrive Here If You Have…

• Call center experience—especially in outbound sales
• 6+ months of sales experience
• Comfort working with scripts and structured sales flows
• Strong people skills with the ability to build trust fast
• A competitive drive and desire to exceed bonus goals
• Solid computer skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to connect your equipment directly to your modem via ethernet (Wi‑Fi isn’t supported)
