What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Build relationships and create excitement around our products/services.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident, persuasive communicator with a positive attitude.
• Goal-driven and motivated by success.
• Ability to handle objections and turn “no” into “yes.”
• Oubound sales experience an asset.
• Call center experience an asset.
• Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States.

Technical Requirements: 

This is a bring-your-own-device role. Your computer system needs to meet the following:

• Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible). 
• Hardware: Minimum 16 GB RAM and Intel I5 processor. 
• Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload. 
• Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem. 
• Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training.
