Outbound B2B Sales Representatives

About the Role 

We’re growing our sales team and looking for motivated, energetic sales professionals to join us as Outbound B2B Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll connect with small and medium‑sized businesses across Canada to promote and sell high‑speed fiber internet services. What You’ll Do 

• Make outbound calls to business customers across Canada 
• Identify customer needs and match them with our fiber internet solutions 
• Clearly articulate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions 
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets 
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems 
• Provide an excellent customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For 

• Previous outbound sales or B2B sales experience (an asset, not required) 
• Strong communication and persuasion skills 
• Comfort with phone-based outreach and high call volumes 
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient mindset 
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment 
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems 
• Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work
