S&P Data LLC are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Recruiter to join our energetic recruitment team and to provide leadership and support in a busy high volume environment.
What you´ll do:
Partner with leaders and hiring teams to drive all hiring efforts and provide full life-cycle recruitment support for executive level opportunities at S&P Data LLC
Proactively monitor talent requirements in the company, identify and engage top talent, assess skills and culture fit for S&P Data LLC
Responsible for the development and leadership of all senior and executive level recruitment
Proactively develop ways to improve our recruiting strategy, talent brand, and candidate experience
Train, coach and mentor recruiting team members on hiring best practices and industry standards
Utilize various techniques, approaches, systems and tools (resume databases, employee referrals, college recruiting, career fairs, social networking and new technology) to identify top talent and build a solid talent pool
Ongoing research of sourcing and recruitment tools and systems to stay competitive
Actively building our employer brand and promoting S&P Data LLC as the employer of choice
In order to succeed, you'll need
2+ years of experience as al Recruiter in a Dynamic High Volume environment
Proven experience in recruiting management professionals
In-depth knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools – Workday, Taleo or TalentNest
Passion about employer branding and providing the best candidate experience with every single interaction
A sense of ownership and pride in the team’s performance and its impact on the company’s success
