The Opportunity

As a Sales Support Representative you will be the value proposition creator for potential clients. You LOVE working as part of a team, yet you are independent and self-driven. You have an eye for design and aesthetics. Technology is your friend. Location: This role is 100% remote.

What We are Looking for from You

  • Develop the POD’s sales research and developing content
  • Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive
  • Prepares and conducts demos for the sales POD
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment – start up style
  • Adaptable and can think on your feet. When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, failure simply isn't an option
  • You pursue and embrace continuous self-improvement and do not take rejection or constructive feedback personally
  • Interface with senior executives and the sales and S&P’s teams to create visually rich presentations and videos and conduct the technical aspect of these presentations

  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Working in an autonomous and team-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proof-reader and editor; ability to work well with Sales as well as other internal cross functional teams such as Finance, Legal and Product
  • Utilize Canva to edit and create customer facing presentations, package and optimize presentations and assets for sharing, printing and distribution
  • Retouch, color correct and output/convert digital photography or graphics for best use in presentations
  • Assist in the organization and cataloging of presentation assets
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Suite and ability to learn new technology platforms as a user (e.g. Pipedrive CRM, Canva-Pro, Teams, and more)
