Inbound Sales Representative 

Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative handling existing ADT customers calling in regarding product upgrades and/or add-ons to their existing services.

What you will be doing: 

  • Handle Inbound calls from ourexisting customers working in our virtual Work from Home operating environment 
  • Build rapport, create great customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions that resolve customer requests and prevent customer churn by following through on commitments 
  • This includes asking probing questions, actively listening, explaining benefits, handling objections 
  • Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly commissions 
  • Comfortable with inbound calling and managing multiple applications 
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment; i.e. sales targets, call duration time, quality assurance, customer retention 
  • Manage call flows and provide first call resolution 
  • Meet company service and quality standards 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality  

What you bring:  

  • At least 1-year experience selling a product or service; upselling experience preferred 
  • Experience in Call center environment is a plus 
  • Completed high school diploma or higher 
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand 
  • Demonstrated skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating 
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills 
  • Customer Champion: passionate about providing world class customer service and sales solutions 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft tools: Teams, Office 365, Internet Browsing, and Multiple Tools Within Citrix) and comfort working with wireless devices 
  • Ability and Willingness to be seated for extended periods of time 
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English 

Important Details: 

  • Permanent Full Time Hours of Work: Shift timings are between Monday to Friday 8 AM – 11 PM EST. Sundays 9 AM – 9PM EST. Saturday’s off. 
  • Base wage $12/hour + Commission  
  • Dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace 
  • Bring your own Device program:  Windows 10 computer,  Windows Defender Enabled or Anti-Virus software, Windows Firewall Enabled, Connection MUST be hardwired to router, No WIFI(Ethernet cable), Headset with microphone (USB), Built-in or extended Webcam, Internet Connection 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload, 4GB Physical Memory (RAM)
