Full Time Customer Care Sales Associate

As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you would be interacting and assisting existing customers with their questions and inquires such as updating plans/equipment, installation & billing payments.  

Duties:

• Answering incoming calls
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma/equivalent
• 18 years+
• Clear Criminal code of conduct
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Call center experience is an asset
